3. Refund Policy

• General Rule: All subscription fees are generally non-refundable. AskSolique.ai does not provide prorated refunds or credits for any partial-month or partial-year periods.
• Exceptions: Refunds may be considered at the company’s sole discretion in cases of verified technical failure that prevents service access for more than 24 hours, or as required by local consumer protection laws.
